Submit An Upcoming Event

Event Submission Guidelines:
Upcoming Events may be submitted to Mainebirding for free listings by non-profit organizations and birding groups in Maine. An event must be able to be deemed "of interest to Maine birders" (by Mainebirding).

All Events submitted to Mainebirding are checked for authenticity. Any event that is deemed inappropriate for the Maine Birding Community will not be listed. Mainebirding reserves the right to reject any event submission.

Event submissions are reviewed and added to the events database at least weekly. You will be notified by email when your event has been listed. No notification will be sent for submissions that are inappropriate.

Event cancellations should be sent as early as possible so the cancelled event may be removed. Event cancellations will only be accepted from the original submitting organization.

To cancel an event listing, use the contact form. Cancellations must be sent from the original submitting email address.
